Today brings the reintroduction of seeds to a close. Seeds include chia seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, mustard seeds, black/white pepper, pine nuts, hemp, coffee, and chocolate.
